If you are registered in Marstad’s housing queue and have a user ID and password, you can log in by clicking the button below. There, you can confirm that you wish to remain in the queue and make any changes to your housing preferences.
Housing Application
Available apartments at Marstad are allocated through our housing queue. If you are interested in renting an apartment, please fill in the form beside this text.
Marstad charges a one-time fee of 10 euros for registration. The payment can be made using online banking credentials, card, MobilePay, or PayPal. Your housing application is automatically activated once we have received the payment.
You will receive a user account for the customer portal once your application has been registered. An activation link for your user account will be sent to the email address you provide in your application. Your application can be renewed and updated in our customer portal. The application must be renewed every three months in order to remain active.
When signing a rental agreement, a security deposit must be paid. It will be refunded when you move out, provided that the apartment is in good condition, cleaned, and that no rent is outstanding.
